What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of experience in meeting planning, hospitality, or related field, Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities, Excellent Communicator: Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate professionally through the spoken and written word, Fluency in English required, Knows how to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring consistent and elevated guest experiences and accuracy, Ability to work with clients at all levels of an organization, including C-suite, Track record of initiative, integrity, and good judgement, Highly collaborative with interpersonal skills, Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Eptura Engage (previously known as Condeco)
What You'll Do.
Assist with planning internal events
Manage catering orders
Handle guest registration
Ensure exceptional client experiences
Provide proactive communication
Deliver high touch hospitality focused service
Exhibit exceptional customer service
Exhibit communication skills
Support event operations and logistics
Schedule required space
Coordinate AV and technical requirements
Support delivery of high profile meetings
Manage requests proactively
Respond to all queries
Close communication loops
Report software tool issues
Follow established processes
Maintain relationships
Handle administrative support for meetings
Engage in continuous improvement
Participate in development of new tools
Support colleagues across the business
Answer and handle all phones
Report equipment issues
Conduct regular testing
Maintain call volume records
Support collection and submission of KEI data
