Achieving budget requirements in relation to qualified tours, leads and package sales; Level of spoken English, and other targeted languages as required; Demonstrating confidence and personality to repeatedly open new conversations with potential customers from all over the world; Self motivation and focus on meeting targets; Maintaining associate satisfaction with their role through motivation & morale building; Ability to work well in a 5-star environment, ensuring that AVC operational standards are met in relation to Team Values and Goals in dealing with internal and external contacts of AVC; Displaying personal motivation and effort to assist in the smooth operations and profitable performance of all promotional events; Demonstrating willingness to always improve knowledge

What You'll Do.
Approach and engage with visitors and/or customers
Determine if visitors qualify to be potential owners
Persuade visitors to attend Preview Presentations
Promote Anantara Vacation Club (AVC)
Offer available incentives
Achieve required targets
Understand AVC’s Club Points Ownership programme
Know the package and incentives being promoted
Provide customer service and assistance related to the location
Assist customers with maps and directions to Preview Centres
Complete necessary paperwork for tour bookings
Call booked guests to confirm attendance
Ensure sufficient collateral is in good condition
Ensure work location is neat and tidy
Attend scheduled team meetings
Phone Marketing Administration with tour bookings
Represent the company in an ethical
and professional manner
Support the company’s marketing strategies
Set and review performance goals
Interact with colleagues
Demonstrate understanding of AVC’s culture and processes
Maintain awareness of current events and AVC destinations
Perform other duties as assigned
