What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Middle or Secondary Education, Additional training or certificates, 1 year of experience in hotel industry, Proven experience working in top luxury resorts
Nice to Have
Experience working in remote island locations
What You'll Do.
Report for duty as per rota
Clean and tidy wearing correct attire
Observe all company rules and regulations
Perform any others duties as assigned
Inform management about guest’s arrival and departure
Assist other department when required
Ensure all customers’ requests are handled quickly
Activate quick response to guest problem
Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
Set an example within department
Help guest with restaurant reservations
Arrange tour / excursions for guest
Arrange car hire for guest
Ensure enough beach towels stock
Monitor beach towel stock
Ensure lobby area is kept clean
Ensure luggage room is kept clean
Ensure departure lounge is kept clean
Ensure entrance is kept clean
Ensure furniture is kept clean
Ensure equipment is kept clean
Deliver luggage in a timely manner
Deliver message in a timely manner
Deliver parcel in a timely manner
Drive club car according to hotel policy
Maintain club car according to hotel policy
Be prudent and financially responsible
Ensure budget guidelines are met
Ensure company financial policies adhered to
Be aware of cost implication of decisions
Be actively involved with recycling
Report irregularities related to Limousine
Report irregularities related to club car
Ensure Limousine is clean and tidy
Comply with company fire procedures
Comply with company health procedures
Comply with company safety procedures
Comply with local fire procedures
Comply with local health procedures

Participate in training sessions
Report defects with equipment
Follow up on defects with equipment
Ensure fire entrances are clean
Ensure stairways are clean
