Operate credit card system
Check registration cards
Repeat message back to caller
Know emergency procedures
Respond to emergencies
Know hotel promotions
Inform guests of room amenities
Know physical makeup of building
Know nearby locations
Complete daily reports
Complete correspondences
Keep office area clean
Prepare room status sheet
Update housekeeping on room status
Create incident reports
Answer all calls within three rings
Answer calls in a scripted manner
Take and record reservations
Resolve guest complaints
Maintain regular attendance
Be consistently on time
Observe prescribed work periods
Observe break periods
Maintain high standards of personal appearance
Maintain high standards of grooming
Comply with dress code
Perform other duties as requested
