What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of customer service experience in reception, concierge, retail, front desk, or related customer-facing roles, Comfortable standing for extended periods to provide visible presence and immediate assistance in high-traffic areas, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace with ability to quickly learn visitor management systems and building-specific software, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and providing excellent customer service, Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, either 7:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-6:00pm shifts

Nice to Have

Previous experience in corporate office environments, commercial real estate, or workplace services, Familiarity with visitor management systems, access control platforms, or building management software, Experience supporting events, including meeting room setup, catering coordination, or basic AV/IT troubleshooting, Background in hospitality, concierge services, or facilities management, Demonstrated adaptability in adjusting communication style to meet diverse customer needs and preferences

You'll manage front desk operations in high-traffic lobbies, greeting everyone who enters, signing in external visitors, providing wayfinding directions, handling building badge needs, and responding to general inquiries with professionalism and a smile. Beyond the desk, you'll serve as the eyes and ears for the overall workplace experience—conducting building walk-through audits, opening and escalating work orders, assisting with special events, giving site tours, and reporting safety or security concerns.
