What You'll Achieve.
Deliver a superior customer and employee experience; Deliver a 5-star hotelier style service and experience; Ensure the workplace delivers a great experience for visitors and staff; Make sure they have happy customers and visitors in their community; Go ‘the extra mile’ to assist staff and visitors; Curate moments of inspiration and delight across all services; Ensure all meeting rooms are kept clean, tidy are ready for use; Ensure meeting room booking system is up to date; Ensure everything is in order for event setup/rundown; Ensure a consistent level of service for events; Ensure all teams are aware of activities; Deliver 5* customer service; Maintain highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness; Ensure a safe working environment for all visitors and staff; Regularly monitor customer feedback and produce an appropriate action plan

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent in the English language – written and oral, Passionate about people, providing them with great experiences, Exceptional Customer Service skills and attuned to customer needs, Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively, Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Access), High attention to detail, Flexible and Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, Problem-solving skills with the ability to react quickly and decisively when faced with a problem or issue, Team player with a commitment to support their colleagues, Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, Exceptionally organised and skilled in multi-tasking, with outstanding time management skills, High level of grooming standards, Proven track record of achievement
Nice to Have
Previous Hospitality/ Reception experience is preferred- minimum 3 years
What You'll Do.
Hospitality and events management
Reception and visitor management
Meeting room management
Client suite services
Delivering a 5-star hotelier style service and experience
Ensuring the workplace delivers a great experience for visitors and staff
Engaging with new customers and building relationships with existing ones
Curating moments of inspiration and delight across all services
Meeting room setup and reset
Issue resolution for AV/ VC and other meeting room equipment
Managing catering requests
Managing meeting room inventory
Refilling and resetting meeting room consumables
Preparing daily visitor arrival lists
Conducting visual checks on meeting room usage
Managing and following up on event setup/rundown
Assisting with event coordination
Providing food and beverage service
Assisting with communications for events
Providing team briefs on upcoming events
Meeting and greeting staff
Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of reception areas
Serving as an information source for staff and customers
Managing visitor categories in line with security protocol
Informing hosts of guest arrivals or escorting guests
Monitoring waiting areas
Issuing and controlling visitor security
Liaising with security
Proactive premises inspections and raising work orders
Welcoming new joiners and providing orientation
Briefing visitors on fire evacuation procedures
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Commitment to support their colleagues; Liaise with FM team/ catering/ security/ any other vendors as appropriate; Liaise with necessary teams (security, housekeeping etc…); Liaise with supporting teams if necessary; Liaise and interact with security
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
