What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality, Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred, additional languages are a plus, Familiarity with hotel management systems, specifically Opera PMS, is a plus

What You'll Do.

Greet and check in guests with a warm

ensuring a smooth and personalized arrival experience

Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries

providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities

and local happenings to offer relevant recommendations

Collect and monitor guest feedback throughout the stay and post-departure to support continuous service improvement

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of guest requests and preferences

Assist in organizing special guest experiences and VIP services

ensuring attention to detail and high guest satisfaction

Compile and manage reports on guest satisfaction trends

helping identify areas for enhancement and training opportunities

Ensure all interactions reflect the Conrad brand identity: Confident

Assist with daily guest arrival reports

and feedback tracking

Support the Guest Relations Manager with tasks related to VIP programs

Hilton Honors engagement

and internal communication

Update and maintain guest profiles in Opera PMS and Hilton systems to ensure recognition and personalization

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with various hotel departments to exceed guest expectations; Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of guest requests and preferences; Support the Guest Relations Manager with tasks related to VIP programs, Hilton Honors engagement, and internal communication
