Greet arriving and departing guests
Personalize guest experience using Golden
Update Golden Profile with guest preferences
Follow up on guest experience during stay
Handle guest interactions with hospitality
Resolve customer inquiries
Respond to guest requests accurately
Make recommendations based on local knowledge
