Must Have

Pass and maintain T.E.A.M. alcohol management certification, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, Ability to stand for long periods, Ability to work flexible schedule

Nice to Have

Customer Service experience, Hospitality experience

What You'll Do.

Greet and welcome guests

Assist guests with navigating venue

Validate guest entry into premium areas

Aid guests with disabilities

Provide wheelchair escorts

Answer guest questions

Escalate guest issues to supervisor

Communicate Lost and Found items

Communicate security concerns

Communicate safety issues

Assist internal departments with event set-up

Perform other duties as assigned

Adhere to appearance guidelines
