What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Customer-Centric mindset, Proven track record of delivering five-star service in guest focused environments such as luxury retail or premium hospitality, Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken), A Natural Communicator, Composed & Pragmatic, Tech Savvy, Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
Nice to Have
Proficiency in an additional European language

Coordinating daily operations

Meeting and greeting guests

Staying one step ahead of guest needs
Suggesting creative ways to improve operations

Stepping up as a Duty Manager and First Aider
