Eligibility Requirements

May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally, The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time, May bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently, Subject to a typical retail store environment (varied temperatures), Exposed to outside weather conditions, Not able to sponsor work visas

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or GED

Nice to Have

One year of prior retail or related experience preferred, Good verbal communication ability to interact politely and effectively with customers, Good customer service and organizational detail-oriented, Good reading, writing and arithmetic skills are required

What You'll Do.

Providing courteous guest service in person or by answering incoming calls to the retail store

Directing incoming calls to the appropriate department

Assisting with guest questions in store

Performing/processing guest services transactions

Operating cash register to itemize customer purchases

Assisting guests with self-checkouts

Handling a variety of products

Processing financial transactions

Bagging customer purchases

Maintaining understanding of current store programs and product locations

Understanding use of check-stand equipment and its efficient operation

Complying with Company policies regarding security

cash handling/cash drawer accounting procedures

the sale of alcohol and tobacco products

Communicating Company programs

in-store specials and coupons to customers

Maintaining a clean and well-stocked ensure the department complies with Company safety and sanitation procedures and standards

Notifying the department lead or manager of any issues with pricing

Following all PPE and Safety Guidelines

Following all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations

Following Guest Experience Guidelines

May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need
