What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-8 years of experience at the intersection of technology and business operations, background in consulting or a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, Experience with Python and familiarity with React. Knowledge of PostgreSQL required., Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of AI first principles., Proven experience understanding the relationship between technology and users., Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI tools., Exceptional ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and transform them into elegant, scalable technical solutions., Track record of iteration with technical development teams and delivering projects from inception to hypercare.

Experience operating as a founder or partner in a consulting agency., Experience as the first member of a new team
What You'll Do.
Partner with GTM to translate business objectives into technical requirements
Operate with extreme urgency and agency once prioritization has been agreed upon with leadership
Gather requirements and help design advanced automations that drive speed and efficiency
deeply focused on top of funnel optimization
knocking down inefficiencies and bringing automation across business units
Leverage tools (like Clay
etc. ) and AI agents to automate account research and prospect prioritization
ensure our sales team spends 100% of their time on high-value interactions
Work closely with ICs across functions and provide expert level advice about what AI is ready to do
and what should be left to humans
Act as a liaison between Marketing
and GTM Systems to deliver best in class user experience
Guide strategic evaluations of projects and platforms to help leadership make informed decisions on prioritization
Manage data integrity
