What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BAS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or related practical experience, 3+ years experience in software design, development, and algorithm related solutions, 3+ years of professional software-engineering experience writing Python and JavaScript / TypeScript, 3+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production web applications and REST APIs
Nice to Have
3+ years of relevant work experience, Expert knowledge of computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design, Experience with object-oriented design, coding, testing patterns, and programming languages (Java, C++), Proven coding skills in a high level language with interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed, Experience building web applications and services with AI IDEs and general development practices, Hands-on experience with modern React framework (Next. js strongly preferred), Working knowledge of distributed / big-data SQL engines (Trino / Presto), columnar OLAP stores (Apache Pinot), and workflow orchestration (Airflow or Azkaban), fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, software design, and object-oriented / functional programming patterns, Experience launching agentic workflows into enterprise production systems

building new API capabilities
integrating with first party and third party platforms
Scale distributed applications
make architectural trade-offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns
deliver with speediness and quality
Develop multi-tier scalable
high-volume performing
and reliable user-centric applications that operate 24x7
Produce high-quality software that is unit tested
code reviewed and checked in regularly for continuous integration
and successfully evangelize opportunities to improve engineering productivity
particularly through the use of agentic coding tools
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partner across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering; work directly with the platform tech lead and a tight-knit group of engineers; partnering with technical peers and business stakeholders
