3+ years of in-house sourcing experience for a B2B SaaS company, Proven ability to source for GTM roles, Experience using modern sourcing tools and AI-assisted talent discovery platforms, Demonstrated ability to build pipelines without heavy reliance on expensive sourcing subscriptions, Excellent written communication skills, Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently, Ability to manage multiple searches within limited weekly hours
Nice to Have
experience with technical roles is a plus
