What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of hands-on experience administering and optimizing Revenue Operations (RevOps) or GTM systems, with expertise beyond Salesforce alone, Deep expertise in Salesforce, including data model, automation (Flows), integrations, and overall system architecture, Proven, hands-on experience with core RevOps tools LeanData (lead/account routing logic, matching, and orchestration), Outreach (bi-directional sync, sequencing automation, and troubleshooting), DealHub (CPQ) support and configuration experience, experience designing, building, and maintaining automations and workflows across integrated systems, Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues, including sync failures, routing errors, and data inconsistencies across platforms

Nice to Have

Experience supporting GTM teams within a SaaS or enterprise environment, Gong (Salesforce integration, call data governance, pipeline insights, and reporting), Familiarity with data enrichment and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Experience with partner portal workflows (e.g., Unifyr or similar platforms), Exposure to API-based integrations or middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Mulesoft), Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools such as Pramata

What You'll Do.

Build and optimize core GTM systems

with a primary focus on Salesforce

along with supporting tools like ZoomInfo

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Continuously improve lead-to-account matching and routing logic in LeanData to ensure speed

and efficiency in lead distribution

and maintain scalable automations and workflows across Salesforce and integrated platforms to support Sales

Identify and eliminate manual processes by implementing smart automation and system-driven workflows

Troubleshoot complex system issues

including integration sync failures

and data inconsistencies

Provide hands-on support and enablement to GTM teams

driving tool adoption

and operational confidence

and continuous optimization of the revenue tech stack to improve overall RevOps efficiency
