Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce
Triage and resolve requests from Sales
Marketing and Customer Success
Enrich and validate account and contact data
Conduct adoption analysis across the GTM
Maintain and support the broader tool stack
Ensure clean data flows between systems
Keep documentation current and accessible
Produce reliable reporting from GTM systems data
