What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Consulting, or Finance with direct B2B SaaS exposure, Experience working with GTM data and performance metrics, Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e. g. , Omni, Looker, Tableau, etc. ), analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and build models from scratch, Clear, concise communicator — able to translate complex data into insights and present confidently to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership, Proven ability to own workstreams independently in fast-moving, scrappy environments where process doesn’t always exist yet
