ABOUT THE ROLE This role sits at the intersection of Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and AI Strategy. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to rethink how our sales organization operates, scales, and leverages AI to drive the next phase of Juicebox’s growth. You’ll completely revamp the enablement experience, from onboarding programs to sales playbooks to messaging infrastructure, ensuring our GTM teams are equipped to execute at a world-class level. Beyond enablement, this role will help shape the future of AI-powered GTM execution at Juicebox. You’ll work alongside senior leadership to identify operational bottlenecks, architect agentic workflows, and build systems that help the business scale faster, sell larger deals, and operate more intelligently. This is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role: part operator, part enablement leader, part GTM architect. We’re looking for builders who love solving hard operational problems, thrive in ambiguity, and want outsized influence on the trajectory of a generational AI company.
