Must Have

BAS in quantitative or technical field or related equivalent experience, 2+ years strategic, analytical, or operational role experience, 2+ years building automations workflows or data tools, 1+ years LLM API hands-on experience, 1+ years Python for building and integrating tools, 2+ years SQL and excel for analysis, 2+ years working directly with business stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience in GTM, Sales, Revenue, Finance, or operations-adjacent context, Working understanding of core Sales/GTM concepts, Familiarity with CRM and planning systems, Experience automating end-to-end workflows, Experience building with agentic frameworks, Familiarity with modern data tooling, Evaluation mindset for AI tools, Experience surfacing outputs via dashboards
