Proven experience in sales enablement, GTM programme management experience, B2B SaaS environment experience, Understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems experience, Sales engagement platforms experience, Experience designing data-driven coaching programmes, AI-literate, Able to work with technical teams, Able to translate strategy into actionable enablement plans, Experience rolling out sales and GTM training, Experience working cross-functionally

Nice to Have

Salesforce experience, SalesLoft experience, Previous experience in a sales role, Experience building GTM Hub, Experience managing content library, Experience managing knowledge management system

What You'll Do.

Own onboarding for commercial teams

Embed MEDDICC across the business

Build data-driven coaching architecture

Automate enablement delivery

Manage commercial content

Analyse performance and identify gaps

Support pipeline integrity and forecasting

Run commercial rhythms and tooling

Partner with RevOps leadership
