Must Have
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, Proven track record hiring high-performing GTM talent including AE, BDR, SE, Marketing, Growth, or Revenue Operations roles, understanding of modern SaaS GTM motions across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, Excellent talent judgment, Confident outbound sourcer, Highly organized, responsive, and process-oriented, Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving startup environments, High ownership mentality, Competitive, resourceful, AI-native mindset
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting at early-stage or high-growth startups, Experience hiring quota-carrying sales talent or technical GTM roles, Familiarity with SaaS compensation structures, recruiting for outbound-driven sales organizations, Existing network within SaaS GTM communities, particularly in the Bay Area
