GTM Recruiting at Krea We're a small team but ready to scale our go-to-market function — sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. You'll work directly with the founders and hiring managers to find the right people and run a fast, thoughtful hiring process end to end. What you'll do: - Build pipelines for GTM roles through direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals. - Run the full process: screening, scheduling, offers, and closing. - Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role. - Track the GTM talent landscape to understand where strong people are, how the market is moving, what candidates care about. - Write job descriptions and shape the candidate experience so the outside world understands who we are. Who we're looking for: 4+ years recruiting GTM talent — sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, or revenue operations. You know what a strong quota-carrying rep looks like, and you know how to close one. You're organized, fast, and don't let things fall through the cracks.
