THE ROLE Assembled is thoughtfully scaling our team and looking for a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships teams. We focus on no more than 3 open roles at a time, close quickly, and then move to the next highest priority. We have a culture of true partnership with hiring managers, who are often deeply involved in sharpening target profiles and creative sourcing. Our whole team, from go-to-market leaders to founders, is invested in success, with a meaningful share of hires last year coming through referral. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own 3 searches at a time end-to-end including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close. - Run a candidate experience that's a competitive advantage. Candidates and hiring managers always know where things stand. - Build sourcing channels that compound. Referrals, niche communities, and employer brand efforts have outperformed purely cold outbound. - Use data to drive strategy across the funnel, measuring pass-through rates, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance. - Improve our interview process. We're not precious about how it works today — we want someone who drives
