What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems, Experience working with Salesforce (required), Experience with CPQ systems (Conga preferred)

What You'll Do.
Document and standardize core GTM processes
Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions
Translate business requirements into system changes
Support ongoing improvements to Salesforce and CPQ
Help reduce system complexity
Improve data accuracy and completeness
Support enforcement of key data standards
Support rollout of new processes and system changes
Create clear documentation and training materials
Support cross-functional initiatives
Help troubleshoot process/system issues
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT; Partner with IT to prioritize and deliver enhancements; Partner with BI to ensure reporting aligns with business definitions; Partner with Enablement to drive adoption
