Experience with automation tools like N8n, Zapier, or similar, Familiarity with AI tools for data enrichment and process optimization, Basic knowledge of SQL or SOQL, Exposure to CRM/data platforms beyond Salesforce, Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or data-focused roles, Understanding of North American markets and industries, Experience in telematics, automotive, or transportation tech industry
What You'll Do.
Support the Revenue Operations function
Maintain high-quality CRM data
Enable efficient sales processes
and quality assurance
Enrich contact and account data using tools like ZoomInfo
and other data providers
Perform regular data quality audits across Salesforce objects (contacts
and maintain CRM data using Excel and data management techniques
Build and maintain Salesforce reports to monitor data quality and identify gaps
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Document processes and create SOPs for repeatable workflows
Track and report data quality metrics and trends to the Revenue Operations team
