What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, GTM Onboarding, Learning & Development, or related GTM program roles, Experience building and scaling onboarding programs in high-growth SaaS or technical platform companies, Experience designing structured onboarding paths, certifications, and learning programs, Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, PMM, Customer Success, and technical teams, written and verbal communication skills, Highly organized with operational execution and project management capabilities
Nice to Have
Experience with LMS platforms, preferably WorkRamp
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end onboarding and ramp programs
and improve Bootcamps
Redesign onboarding experiences into hands-on programs
Develop scalable onboarding frameworks
Build and maintain onboarding learning paths
Create structured onboarding journeys
Partner with managers to operationalize workflows
Develop role-based product fluency programs
Partner closely with Product
Translate complex technical concepts
Create onboarding certifications and readiness milestones
Build onboarding manager toolkits
Establish clear definitions of success
Operationalize onboarding measurement and reporting
Identify onboarding gaps and improve programs
Standardize onboarding documentation and assets
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Product, PMM, DE, CE, Revenue Operations, and Enablement leadership; Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, PMM, Customer Success, and technical teams; Partner closely with Product, PMM, DE, and CE teams; Partner with managers and leadership
