What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in GTM, account management, growth, customer success, enterprise sales, or solutions engineering roles, track record of growing customer contracts within SaaS, PLG, usage-based, or AI-native companies, customer discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, Ability to communicate complex AI products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Highly operational and comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup environments, analytical mindset with the ability to leverage usage data and customer insights to drive growth
Nice to Have
Experience at a PLG-first, API-first, or credit-based GenAI company strongly preferred, Experience managing expansion motions tied to product usage, credits, seats, or workflow adoption

Demo and iterate with customers directly in the product
Translate AI/GenAI capabilities into clear business value and ROI-driven outcomes
Act as a trusted advisor to customers across creative
and operational teams
Help refine Higgsfield’s enterprise GTM motion as the company scales
Surface customer insights
and market trends to improve adoption and expansion
Bring operational structure to account management
