Must Have

7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, telecom, CPaaS, cloud infrastructure, Voice AI, or related technology sales, understanding of the Indian communications and telecom ecosystem, Proven success building pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals, Experience operating in high-growth or startup environments, Ability to work independently and execute in ambiguous environments, consultative sales and relationship-building skills, Comfortable selling to both technical and business stakeholders, including developers, IT, operations, and C-level executives, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, commercial instincts paired with operational rigor, Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across technical and business teams, Based in India with willingness to travel regularly

The Role We’re looking for an India GTM Lead to help build and scale Telnyx’s commercial presence in India. This is a highly entrepreneurial player-coach role responsible for helping launch and expand one of Telnyx’s most strategically important growth markets. You will lead a direct sales team and have broader market development responsibilities — shaping our local GTM strategy, building strategic relationships across the ecosystem, and helping define how Telnyx wins in India. You’ll work closely with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, Marketing, Product, Carrier Relations, Operations, Compliance, and executive leadership to establish and scale our presence in-market.
