Must Have
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in market research and go-to-market strategy, Demonstrated expertise in identifying, researching, and validating new market opportunities for product and service launches, Deep understanding of the cultural, economic, and regulatory landscapes of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and other GCC markets, Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and robust GTM plans, A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Nice to Have
preference for candidates from on-demand technology companies or fast-paced digital environments, A Master's degree is a plus
What You'll Do.
spearhead the development and rollout of go-to-market strategies for new products
translating strategy into clear commercial actions
preparing the sales team with the right tools and messaging
identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities for new product and service introductions within the on-demand tech landscape across Saudi Arabia
and the broader GCC region
and execute data-driven go-to-market strategies tailored for successful market entry
and sustained growth in target MENA markets
Monitor market trends
and the competitive landscape continuously to inform strategic adjustments and identify potential risks or opportunities
Drive the entire GTM lifecycle
from initial market validation and strategy formulation through to launch
post-launch performance analysis
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of GTM strategies and report on market performance
