Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field, Experience building and managing financial models, Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, 5+ years solving complex business challenges with financial models, analysis, and recommendations, 5+ years managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects, U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Nice to Have
5+ years identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, root cause, and escalation plan, Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, Experience with financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards), Knowledge of SQL/ETL
What You'll Do.
Partner with regional business leads to design
Optimize go-to-market strategy for North America Consumer business
Own long-term financial reporting for North America GTM
Make pricing decisions
Manage strategic investment tradeoffs
Develop and implement scalable financial processes and mechanisms
Solve complex business challenges through financial analysis
Translate data into clear narratives and recommendations
Create and implement financial and operating performance metrics
Identify key call outs and drivers to senior
Collaborate across organizations to identify opportunities
Influence data-driven decisions
Maintain high standards for financial data integrity
Review key financial metrics and business performance indicators
Build and refine financial models
Conduct ad hoc analysis to evaluate financial returns
Balance short-term needs with long-term value
Translate complex data into concise written documents
Manage stakeholder expectations and timelines
