Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own and optimize Salesforce as the core GTM system of record, including configuration of objects, flows, validation rules, permissions, and reporting infrastructure. Design, build, and maintain integrations across the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Spiff) using APIs, native connectors, and iPaaS tools. Develop and deploy cross-system workflows that eliminate manual processes and improve data accuracy, operational speed, and revenue team efficiency. Manage the end-to-end GTM tool ecosystem, including inventory tracking, vendor management, renewal oversight, and tooling optimization recommendations. Architect and implement AI-powered workflows and automation using LLMs, agents, and enrichment tools to enhance productivity and signal generation for GTM teams. Document system architecture, workflows, and data logic to ensure operational continuity, scalability, and enablement of self-service and AI automation. Partner with RevOps leadership and GTM stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and proactively improve system performance. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps systems, Salesforce administration, or similar roles in high-growth SaaS or marketplace environments. Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce, including flows, validation rules, permission sets, custom objects, and reporting dashboards. Experience building and maintaining SaaS GTM tech stacks, including tool management, vendor evaluation, and ROI analysis. Proven ability to design integrations using REST APIs, native connectors, or iPaaS platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Workato. Demonstrated AI-first mindset with experience using LLMs or automation tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, n8n, Clay) to streamline workflows. Strong systems thinking with the ability to architect scalable, interconnected solutions across multiple platforms. Comfortable working in ambiguity, debugging integrations, and iterating
