Business owners are tired of the big banks' monopoly and are looking for modern tools that replace the legacy systems that have been their only option for over 100 years. We've raised a $26.5m Series A from Tier 1 investors, and we're rapidly growing and looking for a GTM Engineer to build the outbound engine that drives our next phase of growth and changes the future of banking in Canada. You'll start by building the sales engine, and grow into owning the systems that power our full go-to-market motion across sales, marketing, and customer success. ABOUT THIS ROLE As Venn enters its next phase of growth, we’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help build the outbound engine that supports our sales team today and our broader go-to-market motion over time. You’ll work closely with sales and technology teams to develop the systems, data, and workflows that help us identify, prioritize, and engage the right businesses. This role will start with building the infrastructure that supports our sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building practical processes, testing new approaches, and improving how teams work. There isn’t a fully established playbook in place yet, so you’ll have the opportunity to help shape what effective outbound looks like at Venn as we continue scaling across Canada.
