ABOUT THE ROLE Peek Pro is building AI-native GTM infrastructure — and this role exists to build and run it. You will partner day-to-day with RevOps to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows across the full GTM motion: inbound, outbound, campaign ops, and pipeline tooling. This is a hands-on, business-first engineering role where you'll identify inefficiencies, scope solutions, and ship them without waiting for a playbook. You will not be training models. You will be applying the best AI tools available to create compounding leverage across our go-to-market teams. WHO YOU ARE - You come from a RevOps, BizOps, Operations, Analytics, or Product background. - You've worked in fast-paced tech environments (startups or growth-stage companies) where figuring things out and driving impact mattered more than fancy titles. - You have hands-on experience using AI tools — Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar — to solve real business problems and automate workflows. - You're comfortable with Python or JavaScript — not a full-stack engineer, but able to build, connect, and ship things that work. - You're outcome-driven: you focus on solving
