Must Have
3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM administration experience with advanced automation, custom objects, reporting, and API integrations in a growth-stage SaaS environment., Highly proficient in HubSpot workflow automation, SQL querying, data analysis, and modern GTM tools, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve integration or workflow issues., Brings a structured approach to technology implementation, proactively identifying system weaknesses and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies., Strategic systems thinker with a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, cross-functional communication skills, and a track record of driving measurable business impact through process optimization., Committed to creating clear, detailed workflow documentation as a standard practice., people skills and empathy, Collaborative relationship building, Clear, patient communication

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to own the systems and plays that power our go-to-market motion across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is energized by business impact, thinks strategically about sequencing and priorities, and loves making a powerful tech stack work even harder. This role reports into Marketing Director, and partners regularly with Sales and Customer Success. Location: This role can be based remotely in the United States (ideally in the Central/Eastern U. S. time zones) or Europe, or hybrid in our offices in Belgrade, Serbia, or Budapest, Hungary. What You’ll Do: Own HubSpot CRM and GTM Architecture - Serve as the primary administrator and strategic architect of our HubSpot CRM suite and integrated GTM tools (Clay, Fathom, Seamless.ai, etc.), building robust integrations and scalable workflows that eliminate manual processes and ensure seamless data flow across our revenue engine.
