Possesses good knowledge of sales methodologies and skills needed within GTM/Field roles. Has experience with developing new hires and supporting enablement activities. Possesses communication, individual leadership, and interpersonal skills. Can develop credibility with GTM Teams and supporting BUs to become a trusted advisor and business partner. Can adapt quickly to evolving needs of a high growth GTM team and determine priorities in a high-demand environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and considers themselves adaptable. Competencies include excellent presentational, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills. Good knowledge/skills with Google suite of solutions and widely used software tech stack.

What You'll Do.
The GTM Enablement Program Manager will develop and execute role-based enablement programs, training, and supporting tools for Field roles, including new hire onboarding.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to address skill development needs, supporting live enablement events, and developing performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

Full Job Description
**Job Context** You will be a part of the Go To Market (GTM) Enablement Team, responsible for developing and delivering engaging, results-driven training and enablement activities to increase speed-to-productivity and overall effectiveness of the GTM organization. This individual contributor role will report directly to the Global Director of GTM Enablement, and have global enablement responsibility across the GTM Field teams at Simpro Group. You will have an immediate and dynamic impact on both the team and Simpro Group through the work you will create and execute upon. Location: Leeds (LS15), on-site. **What You’ll Do** * Create, execute and manage Role-based enablement programs, training and supporting enablement tools for Field roles. * Assist with creation and execution of Role-based new hire Onboarding within the Field organization. * Support and create new opportunities to further adoption of sales methodology and develop skills needed within the sales process and customer lifecycle stages. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, outside vendors, and internal experts to address skill development needs. * Support GTM Enablement Leadership in carrying out various enablement live events, such as annual GTM Kick-off, new hire trainings, mid-year training events. * Develop and assess performance metrics and translate information into actionable, easy to understand insights. * Own additional GTM enablement responsibilities as the business changes and evolves. * Create, execute and manage Role-based enablement programs, training and supporting enablement tools for Field roles. * Assist with creation and execution of Role-based new hire Onboarding within the Field organization. * Support and create new opportunities to further adoption of sales methodology and develop skills needed within the sales process and customer lifecycle stages. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, outside vendors, and internal experts to address skill development needs. * Support GT
