What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience in sales enablement, 6+ years of experience in sales operations, Operated in or closely supported a quota-carrying role, Operated in or closely supported an ARR-influencing role, Demonstrated experience building enablement strategies, Demonstrated experience scaling enablement strategies, Led complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end, Partnering with Sales, Customer, Product, Marketing, and Ops functions, Willing to work from an office 4 days per week
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS, Experience in complex enterprise environments, Point of view on great sales execution, Point of view on great customer success execution, Outcome oriented, Focus on driving real results, Excited to leverage AI in how you work, Excited to leverage AI in how you partner with other teams, Visible and credible champion for internal AI adoption
