What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or GTM systems architecture, Deep understanding of customer and usage data models, identity resolution, entitlement management, and cross-system integrations, Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines, grasp of CRM and CSP ecosystems (Salesforce, PX, Community, Education) and the logic of how data flows between them, Proven track record of establishing data governance and ownership models across multiple cross-functional teams, Hands-on technical fluency in SQL, schema design, and ETL ability to design scalable, reliable pipelines, Strategic capable of seeing the full GTM data landscape and translating business problems into technical design requirements, Clear communicator who can align complex technical architecture with RevOps, Digital, and Product stakeholders

Experience with Gainsight and the broader Customer Success ecosystem, Experience with event-based or product telemetry pipelines, Experience integrating multiple SaaS acquisitions or unifying identity across product lines
