As a GTM Analytics Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally across our entire go-to-market organization to help inform our GTM strategy and business decisions and ensure that Lattice is operating at its full potential. You will work within the Business Operations team, a small group of folks working to ensure that Lattice executes rigorously against data-driven decisions. This person will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insights to improve sales Dental insurance; Vision insurance; Life, AD Emergency Weather Support; Wellness Apps; Paid Parental Leave, Paid Time off inclusive of holidays and sick time; Commuter Lunches in the Office; Internet and Phone Stipend; 401(k) retirement plan; Financial Planning; Learning (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
