Full Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tech Sourcer to support talent acquisition for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across North America (USA). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical landscape for data center, facilities, and critical infrastructure roles, and will excel at identifying and engaging passive talent in Tech domain. This is a contractual role (6 months) Locations - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Delhi (Remote role) Shift Timing - 6:00 pm - 3:00 am IST Key job responsibilities 1. Data Center and Infrastructure Hiring - Experience sourcing for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), with relevant Academic backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT-related Field will be required. 2. Boolean and Advanced Search - Ability to create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X-ray search/ Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards will be an added advantage. 3. Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent - Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields, with ability to articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate. The role holder will also be responsible for building strategies and brainstorming to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders. A day in the life 1. Proven ability and sharp on the feet to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites. 2. Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruite
