What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 2+ years passive candidate generation experience, Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines, Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market, Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen
Nice to Have
Prior experience sourcing for AWS, hyperscale cloud, or co-location Data Center environment, Experience in any 1 or 2 Tech hiring domain will be an added advantage
What You'll Do.
Support talent acquisition for Data Center Engineering and
Identify and engage passive talent in Tech domain
Source for data center operations
Create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with
Identify candidates across LinkedIn
X-ray search/ Open web
Source and screen candidates in specialized technical fields
Articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate
Build strategies and brainstorm to create efficient and
Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search
Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest
Filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen
