2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, Experience with applicant tracking system, Experience setting benchmarks and metrics, Experience prioritizing to hit customer SLAs, Experience in candidate generation in high volume environment, Ability to prioritize time, Ability to demonstrate pushback, Ability to understand value of customer service, Ability to filter candidates during recruiter phone screen, Ability to source passive candidates using Boolean search, Ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ability to source passive candidates using GitHub, Ability to source passive candidates using X-ray search, Ability to source passive candidates using Open web, Ability to source passive candidates using other sourcing channels, Ability to conduct candidate outreach and engagement, Ability to build interest and assess right fit, Ability to conduct on-phone candidate screening, Ability to conduct virtual candidate screening, Ability to assess qualification and skill alignment, Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets, Non technical recruiting experience, Focus on sourcing candidates in non-tech domains, Experience with Field Operations sourcing
