Your Impact As a member of our Global Security Operations Center, you will report directly to the Global Security Operations Manager. You will play a vital role in safeguarding our operations and assets around the world. You will work to ensure a secure environment for employees, clients, and partners while utilizing advanced technology to monitor and respond to security incidents. Your Day-to-Day Monitor alarms, including fire, door, and duress alarms, while answering routine and emergency calls. Monitor CCTV, to protect the building and assets, also to prevent or help stop any crime from occurring. Respond to life safety incidents (medical emergencies, natural disasters) and dispatch security officers, ERT, police, fire, and EMS personnel as needed via phone and radio. Able to manage and handle situations of a sensitive nature and maintain company’s confidentiality and information security practices Create dispatch records for each officer deployed during your shift, and initiate incident reports and work orders as needed. Collaborate with the Emergency Response Team (ERT) Monitor Alert media to identify, analyze, and support all events and incidents that impact or potentially could impact operations, facilities, and employees globally Troubleshoot technical issues with security systems, including CCTV and access control, to ensure proper functionality.
