An engineering degree or equivalent relevant work experience, Experience from industrial operations or other technically complex environments, Understanding of project, change, and/or maintenance processes, Experience leading others, for example, projects, assignments, or coordinating roles, Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
Nice to Have
Experience in maintenance operations within energy, process industry, or other technically complex operations, Experience in management or personnel responsibility

Nu söker vi en Gruppchef till gruppen Förnyelse på Forsmarks underhållsavdelning. Om jobbet Gruppen Förnyelse ingår i Enheten Underhållsteknik på underhållsavdelningen och har en viktig roll i Forsmarks arbete med långsiktig utveckling och förnyelse av anläggningen. Som gruppchef leder du en grupp om cirka 12 medarbetare med roller som aktivitetsansvariga och underhållsledare. Gruppen arbetar nära anläggningsändrings‑ och underhållsprojekt och ansvarar för att säkerställa att underhållsperspektivet tas tillvara – exempelvis inom komponentval, reservdelar, underhållsprogram och underhållsmässighet. I rollen har du många kontaktytor och samarbetar tätt med bland annat konstruktion, montage, projektkontor, inköp och produktion. Du har ett helhetsansvar för att skapa struktur, tydliga prioriteringar och goda förutsättningar för leverans, samtidigt som du leder och utvecklar människor i en tekniskt komplex och föränderlig miljö.
