8+ years of software development experience with a full lifecycle of backend system development, foundation in Core Java, server-side technologies, and Spring frameworks, Deep knowledge of event processing, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, Web Services and REST architecture, Extensive experience working on backend systems at large internet companies, Performance optimization experience with JVM, SQL, RPC, and system-level tuning, Deep expertise in growth methodologies with hands-on experience in growth, user operations, or product roles, data analysis and business acumen to drive growth initiatives from conception through execution, Hands-on technical leadership with over 50% time spent writing code, Ability to mentor junior developers, establish technical standards, and build high-performing teams, Entrepreneurial mindset with communication and collaboration skills, Demonstrated ability to influence across product, business, and operations teams
