ABOUT ROX Rox is building the AI-native revenue operating system for modern go-to-market teams. Backed by Sequoia, GV, and General Catalyst, we’re working with some of the most ambitious enterprise teams to replace fragmented CRM workflows with intelligent, autonomous systems. Rox connects data across the GTM stack, deploys AI agents to do real work, and gives revenue leaders a clear, shared picture of what actually drives outcomes. We’re a small, fast-moving Series A team taking on one of software’s most entrenched categories — and we’re winning by combining deep technical rigor with obsessive focus on usefulness. ABOUT THE GROWTH TEAM Growth at Rox is a first-class function — not a support layer. This team sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data, and is responsible for turning signal into motion: identifying where leverage exists, designing repeatable growth systems, and executing with speed and precision. The Growth Strategy team is already in motion, with five in-seat team members actively driving pipeline, experimentation, and GTM execution. This role exists to lead that team, raise the bar, and scale both the strategy and the people behind it. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a Growth Strategy Lead role for someone who can both lead from the front and build a team around them. You will take ownership of a five-person Growth Strategy team, setting direction, coaching execution, and ensuring the work ladders directly to revenue impact. At the same time, you’ll partner closely with the Chief Growth Officer, operating as a thought partner on strategy, prioritization, and how Rox scales its go-to-market motion. This is not a passive leadership role. You will be hands-on — designing growth plays, pressure-testing ideas, and jumping in where needed — while also building the systems, processes, and team required to sustain growth over time.
