demonstrated ROAS improvement or CPA reduction, solid understanding of Smart Bidding, keyword match types, Quality Score levers, search term analysis, and campaign structure best practices, able to pull reports in Google Ads and Google Sheets, build basic pivot tables, and identify meaningful trends, comfortable making independent optimization decisions within agreed, clear written able to summarize performance and reasoning in weekly updates to a US-based team
Nice to Have
Active experience running Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns, Familiarity with remarketing strategy (RLSA, Display, Custom Audiences), Exposure to Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), Experience with Performance Max campaigns, Background in financial services, insurance, or lending verticals, Experience working with international (US/EU market) clients remotely, Google Ads certification(s)
