What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Growth Manager in a B2C product with a large user base, Owned and shipped improvements across a growth or conversion funnel end-to-end, Run A tests at scale (with +10K users), Operated at a senior level on top-line growth, Deeply data-driven, Comfortable analyzing experiment results, Diving into conversion data, Working daily with a Data Analyst, At ease with continuous improvement, Stakeholder management, Cross-functional leadership, Curiosity & breadth, Entrepreneurial mindset, Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
SQL or analytics tool proficiency is a plus, Constantly challenge yourself to stay ahead of the curve on AI tools, automation, and new ways of working
What You'll Do.
Define and execute product strategy for acquisition
Identify highest-impact levers and build roadmap
Own user onboarding journey from app download to completed setup
Continuously improve conversion at every step
Own AI shopping assistant onboarding and activation
Design how users discover
and adopt AI assistant
Run high cadence of A tests to improve conversion and engagement
Drive referral program
Lead initiatives to reduce churn
Contribute to monetization initiatives
