4+ years in product management with proven results in ARPU, retention, or engagement growth., Hands-on and accountable from hypothesis to experienced in stakeholder management and delivery., Ability to extract insights from product data, user behavior, and feedback., Actively uses Claude and other AI tools in daily work - for prototyping, analysis, writing, and problem-solving., Innovative thinker with experience designing retention mechanisms and engagement features, including AI-generated product concepts., Deep understanding of user lifecycle, retention psychology, and value-based growth., High attention to detail and commitment to delivering an excellent user experience., Proficient with analytics tools, cohort analysis, backlog management, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do.

Achieve a 15% quarterly ARPU increase by enhancing product value

and engagement across existing subscription tiers.

Build and optimize retention and engagement loops that deepen user satisfaction and extend subscription lifetime.

Analyze user behavior

identify engagement gaps

and implement product improvements that increase perceived user value.

Conduct day-to-day review of user sessions to identify friction points

and behavioral patterns that inform product decisions.

Build and maintain Mixpanel dashboards and deliver regular performance reports on key product metrics

surfacing actionable insights for the team.

Use AI tools - including Claude and other solutions - to independently generate functional prototypes and concepts that are directly considered for production.
