Position Overview 9th Way Insignia is seeking a Growth Portfolio Executive to provide operational leadership across the company’s integrated growth functions. This role sits within the CTO organization and serves as a central coordinating leader across business development, innovation, and strategic growth initiatives. Professional Level This position aligns to a Level 6 – Portfolio Executive at 9th Way Insignia. Responsibilities Provide operational leadership across business development, capture, proposal, innovation, and partnership functions Support identification, prioritization, and shaping of strategic opportunities Align innovation initiatives with growth priorities and customer needs Coordinate strategic partnerships and joint ventures Ensure growth activities align with executive priorities Strengthen collaboration between Growth, Delivery, Technology, and Executive teams This position may perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field or experience in lieu of degree 15+ years of experience in federal contracting Strong understanding of GovCon growth models Excellent leadership and communication skills Preferred
