Job Description The Growth Partner is the commercial engine of Jellyfish France's Growth Machine. You feed and prepare the Industry Leads so they can focus on converting and expanding. This is not a support role, it is a growth role in its own right. You prospect actively, manage the pipeline, build sector ABM and coordinate RFP responses. You sell, you close, you drive. You will split the sectors covered by the Industry Leads, form a collective intelligence and back each other up on pipeline continuity. Each Growth Partner is an actor, not an assistant. Your main responsibilities will be: PROSPECTING & PIPELINE - Run targeted B2B prospecting across the 100 strategic priority accounts in your sector - Identify, qualify and enrich commercial opportunities via CRM, ABM and LinkedIn outreach - Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities >€100K for the Industry Leads - Actively open new contacts and hand them over to Industry Leads for closing - Ensure permanent coverage of strategic targets — no priority account should ever go off radar PREPARATI
